盲人群体虽有视觉缺陷,却跟平常人一样,有着对美好事物和对伟大梦想的追求。公共图书馆是公益性文化事业单位,在面向盲人群体这样的弱势群体提供服务时,无论是从关注弱势群体彰显文化教育公平角度,还是从帮助盲人克服生活、学习、就业等困难去大胆追求梦想活出精彩人生的角度,都有着不可推卸的责任和义务。 Although blind people have visual defects, they have the same pursuit of good things and great dreams as ordinary people do.
