异名 Peflacine 化学名 1-乙基-6-氟-1,4-二氢-7-(4-甲基哌嗪-1-基)-4-氧代-3-喹啉羧酸药效分类抗菌药开发单位 (法)Bellon 上市厂商 (法)Bellon1985年3月上市药理本品是氟代喹诺酮类抗菌药,对革兰氏阴性及阳性细菌,包括肠细菌科、绿脓杆菌、不动杆菌属、嗜血杆菌属、奈瑟氏球菌属及葡萄球菌属(包括耐甲氧西林的菌株)具有广谱活性。最低杀菌浓度(MBC)为最低抑菌浓度(MIC)的1～2倍。突变率似较低,尚未发现质粒耐药机理。发现有轻至中度的接种物效应。

Minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 1 to 2 times. Mutation rate seems low, no mechanism of plasmid resistance has been found. A mild to moderate inoculum effect was found.
