胡椒一般植后4~5年就开始收获,在正常管理下,一般亩产干椒200~300斤。为了探索胡椒速生早产高产,缩短非生产期,减本增盈新途径,我场于1979年4月布置了不同定植株数、不同管理水平、不同留蔓量和割蔓次数的试验。处理最好的小区,植后17个月达到封顶,平均株高2.3米,冠幅1.2米。植后第二年开始少量投产,第三年亩产白椒715斤。其中,最高的达822斤。一、不同措施和处理 1979年4月在我场21队的浅海沉积土上种植了14.1亩的试验胡椒。这里靠近海边,
