从前油罐的施工系采用几块板拼成一圈的安装方法,随着钢铁工业的发展,大量卷板的出现,给油罐安装工艺提出了新的课题。我们的实践,证明采用整块圈板的施工工艺是行之有效的。我们还作了其它工艺方法的改进。一、整圈下料卷板过去我们曾采用撬杠撬放的方法展开卷装钢板,结果钢板出褶不平,还需用滚板机滚平。现在我们采用了新的施工方法,即在场地挖个坑,根据卷板弯曲度的大小,来确定土坑的深浅,用推土机将卷板推入坑内,板下和卷板中心各加一根φ159钢管,中心管两端固定在预埋点上。板下管与中心管用环连接,卷板一端用
