由于非碘盐价格低于碘盐,我市沿海蔬菜加工区居民腌制蔬菜使用非碘盐,当地居民为图方便,食用盐也使用非碘盐,造成蔬菜加工区居民存在隐匿性碘盐缺乏和潜在性智力损害。为保证沿海蔬菜加工这类特殊地区人群不受碘缺乏危害的影响,实施有效的干预策略显得尤为迫切。本研究选用健康教育为主要内容的干预策略,现将干预效果评价如下:
