通过利用PSTN实现采煤机数据的远程通信。PSTN网络采用电路交换原理,可以为采煤机数据传输提供专用信道,保证通信的实时性与稳定性,同时还有组网设备简单,成本低,容易维护的特点。采用Modbus TCP/IP协议,以主从方式进行采煤机到地面监控中心的数据通信。此外,通过工业Modem的硬件设计和串口编程,利用AT指令实现井下Modem对于数据请求的自动应答和采煤机工况数据自动上传,进而达到实时监控工作面采煤机的目的。
Achieve long-range communication of shearer data by using PSTN. PSTN network uses circuit switching principle, which can provide dedicated channel for shearer data transmission to ensure the real-time and stability of communication. Meanwhile, it has the characteristics of simple networking equipment, low cost and easy maintenance. Adopt Modbus TCP / IP protocol to conduct data communication between the coal mining machine and the ground monitoring center in a master-slave manner. In addition, through the hardware design and serial programming of industrial modem, AT command is used to realize the automatic response of modem to data request and the automatic upload of coal mining machine working condition data, so as to realize the real-time monitoring of coal winning machine.
