在pH 5.5的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲介质中,以邻菲啰啉为活化剂,研究了痕量铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化甲基橙和次甲基蓝的指示反应。通过测定430 nm和670 nm两个波长处催化体系和非催化体系吸光度的变化,并优化反应条件,建立了一种测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)的新方法。结果表明,铜(Ⅱ)的质量浓度在0.004~0.160μg/mL范围内与△A有良好的线性关系,其中△A=△A_(430)+△A_(670),线性回归方程为△A=0.1120c+0.0003,线性相关系数r=0.9957。该方法可用于中草药中所含痕量铜的测定,其结果与原子吸收光谱法相吻合。
Oxalic acid methyl orange and methine blue are catalyzed by trace amount of copper (Ⅱ) catalyzed by hydrogen peroxide in potassium hydrogen phthalate buffer solution at pH 5.5 with o-phenanthroline as activator reaction. A new method for the determination of trace copper (Ⅱ) was established by measuring the change of absorbance between the catalytic and non-catalytic systems at 430 nm and 670 nm and optimizing the reaction conditions. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of copper (Ⅱ) and △ A in the range of 0.004 ~ 0.160 μg / mL, where △ A = △ A 430 + △ A 670, and the linear regression equation △ A = 0.1120c + 0.0003, linear correlation coefficient r = 0.9957. The method can be used for the determination of traces of copper contained in Chinese herbal medicine and the results are consistent with atomic absorption spectrometry.
