本文介绍了硫酸庆大霉素与安痛定注射液混合作肌肉注射,2小时内含量和pH无明显改变,但在35～40分钟间颜色变化达到河北省药品标准(1975年版)的极限。两液组成由1∶8到8∶1间1小时内未显浑浊或沉淀生成。两液混合变黄色后,薄层层析结果显示无新的斑点产生。其抑菌效力与单纯庆大霉素注射液抑菌效力比较无显著改变。故两药可以混合作肌肉注射。
This article describes the combination of gentamycin sulfate and Antongding injection for intramuscular injection, the content and pH within 2 hours no significant change, but the color change between 35 to 40 minutes to reach the limit of Hebei Province Drug Standards (1975 edition). Two liquid composition from 1: 8 to 8: 1 within 1 hour did not appear cloudy or precipitate generated. After two liquids were mixed and turned yellow, the TLC showed no new spots were produced. The antibacterial efficacy and gentamicin injection antibacterial efficacy no significant change. So the two drugs can be mixed for intramuscular injection.
