工学结合是指导我国高职教育的重要理念之一。作者对德国的双元制、日本的单轨制和美国普通教育制度中典型的工学结合方式进行了描述、比较和评价。在此基础上,作者提出需要在制度层面对工学结合进行理解和改革,不同结合模式和市场经济有着不同的关系,工学结合的模式和学科专业的性质有着极大的关联性。这是我们在推进工学结合,制定工学结合政策过程中需要充分注意的。
Combination of work and study is one of the important concepts that guide higher vocational education in our country. The author describes, compares and evaluates the typical combination of engineering and learning in Germany’s dual system, Japan’s monorail system and the American general education system. On this basis, the author proposes that it is necessary to understand and reform the combination of work and study at the institutional level. Different combination modes have different relations with the market economy. The mode of combination of work and study has great relevance to the nature of discipline specialty. This is something that we need to pay full attention to in promoting the combination of work and study and formulating the policy of combining work and learning.
