随着供电企业的快速发展,员工作为最活跃的因素,对供电企业发展发挥着重要影响。福利保障是除薪资以外对员工最大的激励。只有加强员工福利保障管理,才能提高员工工作热情,推动电力企业更好发展。就供电企业员工福利保障管理现状看,存在许多不足,对供电企业发展产生不良影响。对此,本文主要对供电企业员工福利保障管理的重要性及现状问题进行分析,并提出有效的管理思路。
With the rapid development of power supply enterprises, employees play an important role in the development of power supply enterprises as the most active factor. Welfare protection is the biggest incentive for employees except for payroll. Only by strengthening employee benefits and security management, can employees’ enthusiasm be enhanced and their power companies develop better. In view of the status quo of welfare management and protection of employees in power supply enterprises, there are many deficiencies that have an adverse impact on the development of power supply enterprises. In this regard, this article mainly analyzes the importance and status quo of employee welfare benefits management in power supply enterprises and puts forward effective management ideas.
