本文应用组织化学方法研究了更年平调液对更年期大鼠心肌的保护作用。更年平调液组大鼠心肌组胞内ＬＤＨ，ＳＤＨ及肌球蛋白ＡＴＰ酶活性增强，经图象分析显示该３种酶活性皆显著高于各自的更年期对照组，乙烯雌酚组及更年康组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。糖原含量较更年期对照组、乙烯雌酚组及更年康组有所增加。以上结果表明，更年平调液能增强更年期大鼠心肌细胞的功能，对心肌细胞有保护作用。
In this paper, histochemistry was used to study the protective effect of Gengnianping fluid on myocardium of climacteric rats. The activity of LDH, SDH and myosin ATPase in the myocardium of Gengnianpingtang group were enhanced. The image analysis showed that the activity of these three enzymes were significantly higher than those in the menopause control group, the diethylstilbestrol group and more Niankang group (P <0.05). Glycogen content compared with menopausal control group, diethylstilbestrol group and more nirvana group increased. The above results show that the more pure liquid can enhance the function of menopause rat cardiomyocytes, cardiomyocytes have a protective effect.
