目的:观察热淋清片联合诺氟沙星片口服治疗单纯性尿路感染的疗效。方法:116例单纯性尿路感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各58例,治疗组给予热淋清片2.5 g,po,tid,诺氟沙星片0.4 g,po,bid;对照组仅给予诺氟沙星片0.4 g,po,bid。两组均治疗7～14 d,随访30 d,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的治愈率和总有效率分别为82.8%,93.1%和60.3%,72.4%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的尿路刺激症状、肾区痛、血尿和发热等地消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),细菌清除率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:热淋清片联合诺氟沙星片口服是治疗单纯性尿路感染的有效方案,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of heat pouring tablet combined with norfloxacin tablet in the treatment of simple urinary tract infection. Methods: One hundred and sixty-one patients with simple urinary tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group (58 cases) and control group (n = 58). The treatment group was given hot shower tablets 2.5 g, po, tid and norfloxacin 0.4 g, Only given norfloxacin tablets 0.4 g, po, bid. Both groups were treated for 7 to 14 days, followed up for 30 days. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 82.8%, 93.1% and 60.3%, 72.4% respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The urinary tract irritation , Kidney area pain, hematuria and fever disappeared significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05), bacterial clearance rate was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hot shower tablets combined with norfloxacin tablets is an effective treatment of simple urinary tract infection, worthy of clinical application.
