本法调整消费者与企业主之间发生的关系,规定消费者对取得应有质量的商品(工作、劳务)、对他们的生命和健康的安全、对获知有关商品(工作、劳务)及其制造人(执行人、销售人)的信息、使消费者知晓对其利益的国家保护和社会保护、把消费者结成社会团体的权利,并确定实现此种权利的机制。
This Law adjusts the relationship between consumers and business owners, stipulates that consumers are required to obtain the goods of good quality (work and service), their lives and health, and their knowledge of the relevant goods (work and labor) and their Information on the people (executors, salespeople) that make consumers aware of the national protection and social protection of their interests, the rights of consumers to social groups, and the mechanisms by which such rights are realized.
