本文系统地研究了孔型、矩形孔长宽比、孔排数列数、孔洞率、孔排列方式、基材导热系数等对空心砌块热工性能的影响。结果表明:长边垂直于热流方向的交错排列的矩形孔有利于提高空心砌块的热工性能;热流方向的孔排数越多,空心砌块的当量导热系数越小;每增加一列孔,空心砌块的当量导热系数减小5%左右;孔洞率增加,空心砌块的当量导热系数减小;空心砌块的当量导热系数随着基材导热系数的减小呈线性降低。
In this paper, the effects of pore size, aspect ratio of rectangular holes, number of rows and columns of holes, hole ratio, hole arrangement and thermal conductivity of substrate on the thermal properties of hollow block are systematically studied. The results show that the rectangular holes with long sides perpendicular to the direction of heat flow are beneficial to improve the thermal performance of hollow block. The more equivalent holes in the direction of heat flow, the smaller the equivalent thermal conductivity of hollow block. The equivalent thermal conductivity of the hollow block decreases by about 5%. The hole ratio increases and the equivalent thermal conductivity of the hollow block decreases. The equivalent thermal conductivity of the hollow block decreases linearly with the decrease of the thermal conductivity of the substrate.
