(一)怎样使得顽皮儿童教育成为一个完善的儿童,乃是一件艰巨的工作,也是每一个小学教育工作者,要时时刻刻去掌握以至去解决的问题。事实上是如此的:每一个级任老师都可以很熟习地说出他班上的几个顽皮儿童的名字。假如一个顽皮的儿童老存在那个班里,而不能顺利解决时,不但是级任老师的一种精神负担,而且是全班同学在学习情绪上一种重大的威胁。假如一位老师用了一种方法,使得一个顽皮儿童转变了,那么对于他自己,就是一种很大的安慰和兴奋的事。
(1) How to make naughty children’s education a perfect child is an arduous task. It is also an issue that every primary education worker must master from time to time to solve. In fact it is such that every teacher at any level can familiarize himself with the names of several naughty children in his class. If a naughty child always exists in that class and can not successfully solve it, it is not only a spiritual burden for a teacher but also a major threat to the class in studying emotion. If a teacher uses a method that has transformed a mischievous child, it is a great comfort and excitement for himself.
