Objective To compare pediatric ketamine anesthesia before medication, in order to better avoid preoperative children with fear and crying uneasiness. Methods Ninety children aged 1 ~ 8 years old were randomly divided into three groups. Group A: 30 cases, midazolam 0.2 mg / kg; Group B: 30 cases, midazolam 0.1 mg / kg intramuscular injection; Group C: 30 cases, intraoperative intravenous injection of 0.05 mg / kg. The degree of sedation, amnesia and the changes of blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), respiration (RR) and pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) before and after ketamine anesthesia were observed before and after treatment. Results Midazolam and intramuscular injection of no significant difference, but better than the intramuscular injection of nasal injection, both significantly better than intraoperative intravenous midazolam.
