高钛试样,如含TiO_2 50%左右的熔化渣,TiO_270~90%的酸浸高钛渣等,采用强碱沉淀铁、钛、滤液用EDTA容量法测定铝,当加入过量EDTA以盐酸调酸度接近pH8时,溶液出现混浊,这是由进入滤液中钛的水解引起的,而氟化物置换滴定铝又受钛的干扰。为此,我们进行了试验,采用加入一定量铁的办法,使钛基本上沉淀完全。滤液中微克量的残钛用酒石酸掩蔽,获得了较满意的结果。
High titanium samples, such as molten slag with about 50% TiO 2 and acid leached high titanium slag with TiO 2 70-90%, are used to precipitate iron and titanium with strong alkali. The aluminum content is determined by EDTA volumetric method. When excessive EDTA is added, At acidity approaching pH 8, the solution appears turbid, which is caused by the hydrolysis of titanium entering the filtrate, which is disturbed by titanium. To this end, we conducted a trial, by adding a certain amount of iron approach, the basic precipitation of titanium completely. The residual titanium in the filtrate was masked with tartaric acid and satisfactory results were obtained.
