试验研究和生产统计证实,20MnSi屈服点不明显,拉力冷弯试样脆断问题与钢中出现粒状贝茵体量有关。文章阐述了出现粒状贝茵体量与钢中化学成份的关系。指出电炉冶炼20Mnsi只要严格控制Mn和残余元素(特别是Mo)的含量,在正常的轧制工艺条件下可以避免上述质量问题。
Experimental research and production statistics confirm that the 20MnSi yield point is not obvious, and the brittle fracture of cold-drawn specimens is related to the amount of granular bainite in steel. The paper describes the relationship between the amount of granular bainite and the chemical composition of steel. It is pointed out that the quality control of 20Mnsi in EAF can be avoided under the normal rolling conditions as long as the contents of Mn and residual elements (especially Mo) are strictly controlled.
