随着我国经济的不断发展,市场竞争不断激烈,在这种条件下,合同管理在煤炭企业的经营管理中变得日趋非常重要。通过相关调查显示,很多煤炭企业在劳动合同管理方面存在着很多问题,这便给企业造成了很严重的损失,因此,煤炭企业应该加强劳动合同的管理,进一步推动煤炭企业自身有序发展。本文通过对煤炭企业劳动合同管理的关键性进行论述,找出企业合同管理存在的问题,进而提出解决问题的有效措施。
With the continuous development of our economy and increasingly fierce market competition, under such conditions, contract management has become increasingly important in the management of coal enterprises. According to relevant surveys, many coal enterprises have many problems in the management of labor contracts, which cause serious losses to the enterprises. Therefore, the coal enterprises should step up the management of labor contracts and further promote the orderly development of the coal enterprises themselves. This article discusses the key issues of labor contract management in coal enterprises and finds out the problems existing in the contract management of the enterprises, and then puts forward the effective measures to solve the problems.
