文章简要介绍了mt法高压天然气流量标准装置的构成、工作原理、质量流量和临界流喷嘴流出系数计算公式及其不确定度分析数学模型,对质量流量和流出系数不确定度的分析和评定过程进行了详细说明,并给出重复性试验和稳定性考核及不确定验证结果。结果表明该装置在压力为5.0~8.0 MPa,温度为0~30℃,质量流量为0.1~8.0 kg/s的范围内,复现质量流量的扩展不确定度优于0.10%(k=2),校准临界流文丘里喷嘴流出系数的扩展不确定度为0.15%(k=2)。
