压缩机气缸在无润滑工况下,活塞密封件的使用寿命在很大程度上决定于密封所承受的压力。在压差超过150公斤力/厘米~2的情况下,密封部分压力分布的不均匀性使载荷最大的活塞环使用寿命显著下降,从而对整个密封件的使用寿命也产生影响。有关活塞密封的压力分布问题,在许多文献〔1-16〕中已有所叙述。 全苏化工机械制造科学研究所在专门设计的二级高压压缩机的增压试验装置上(图1),对活塞密封进行了试验,这台压缩机是由电动机通过三角皮带驱动的。
Compressor cylinder in non-lubricating conditions, the life of piston seals to a large extent depends on the pressure to be sealed. When the pressure difference exceeds 150 kgf / cm ~ 2, the non-uniformity of the pressure distribution in the seal portion causes the service life of the piston ring with the largest load to be significantly reduced, thereby affecting the service life of the entire seal. The pressure distribution of piston seals has been described in many papers [1-16]. Quan Su Chemical Machinery Manufacturing Institute of Science and Technology in the specially designed two high-pressure compressor booster test device (Figure 1), the piston seal was tested, the compressor is driven by the motor through the V-belt.
