部分大跨度输煤栈桥振动过大是一个亟待解决的问题,本文介绍了挠度超限和振动明显的某煤矿输煤栈桥,通过对该栈桥挠度和振动性能检测,并借助有限元分析程序对该结构的挠度变形和动力特性、稳态动力响应进行模拟分析。结果表明,挠度超限是由于结构在施工过程中未按设计图纸起拱所致,引起结构较大振动响应的主要原因是设备扰频在结构第二共振区间内。最后,针对控制该结构的振动情况,提出减振改造措施。
The vibration of some long-span coal conveying trestle is an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, a coal mine trestle with a large deflection limit and obvious vibration is introduced.
