目的 :探讨高海拔地区大鼠严重烧伤后肾脏病理改变以及复方红景天参芪花粉 (RACC)对其影响 ;方法 :1 56只大鼠随机分为试验组 (红景天组 )、对照组及正常组 ;试验组伤前用RACC4ml灌胃给药 ,对照组及正常组给生理盐水 4ml灌胃 ;伤后不同时相点剖腹取肾组织 ,1 0 %福尔马林固定 ,石蜡包埋切片 ,HE染色 ;结果 :伤后 3h对照组肾小球及肾小管即发生严重损伤 ,以肾小球为著 ,72h尚未恢复正常 ,试验组则损伤较轻 ,伤后(48~ 72 )h后肾小球结构基本恢复正常 ;结论 :复方红景天参芪花粉对大鼠严重烧伤后的肾损害有重要的保护作用
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the pathological changes of rats after severe burns in high altitude areas and the effects of compound rhodonate glycoside pollen (RACC) on them; Method: One hundred and fifty-six rats were randomly divided into experimental group (rhizide group) and control group. In the normal group, the experimental group was intragastrically administered with RACC4ml prior to injury, the control group and the normal group were given intragastric administration with 4ml of saline, and the kidney tissue was obtained by caesarean section at different time points after injury, fixed in 10% formalin, paraffin-embedded Sections, HE staining; Results: The glomerulus and renal tubules of the control group were severely damaged at 3 h after injury, glomerular was present, and had not returned to normal at 72 h, but the test group was lightly injured. After injury (48 to 72 h) The posterior glomerular structure returned to normal; Conclusion: Compound Rhodiola sachalinensis pollen has important protective effect on renal damage after severe burn in rats
