以Al -Fe -V -Si和Al- (Zr ,Ti,V)两个合金系为基础 ,组成了Al-Fe -V -Si -Zr-Ti合金。对超声气体雾化快速凝固Al-Fe -V -Si -Zr -Ti合金粉末中小于 61μm的粉末进行了研究 ,在小于 4 0 μm的粉末中有两种类型的由球状相和胞晶组成的组织 ,在 50~ 61μm的粉末中 ,某些区域有片状组织存在。对析出相研究表明 ,在小于 61μm的粉末中只有Al1 2(Fe ,V) 3Si和Al3(Zr,Ti,V)两种析出相 ,新合金达到了预期设计目标
Based on the Al-Fe-V-Si and Al- (Zr, Ti, V) alloys, an Al-Fe-V-Si-Zr-Ti alloy was formed. In the ultrafine gas atomization of rapidly solidified Al-Fe-V-Si-Zr-Ti alloy powders, powders smaller than 61 μm were studied. Among the powders less than 40 μm, there are two types of powders consisting of spherical and crystalline Tissue, in the 50 ~ 61μm powder, in some areas there is flaky tissue. The study of precipitates shows that there are only two Al12 (Fe, V) 3Si and Al3 (Zr, Ti, V) precipitates in the powder smaller than 61μm, and the new alloy reaches the expected design goal
