转化犯是我国刑法所独有的名称,是对犯罪行为发生转变后罪数形态的概括。转化犯的提出拓展了刑法罪数形态的理论,对司法实践有一定的指导意义。但我国有些转化犯的刑事立法存在一定的缺陷,需加以完善。 Transforming criminals are the unique names of criminal law in our country, which summarize the forms of crimes after the criminal acts have been transformed. The proposed transformation of transgression expands the theory of the number of crimes in the criminal law and has some guiding significance to judicial practice. However, some of our country’s criminal legislation of criminal transgression has some defects and needs to be improved.
