新潮社是五四时期由北大学生发起成立的,它旨在介绍西方文化,以清算封建传统文化的弊端。它受《新青年》的影响很大,并与《新青年》形成犄角之势,在五四新文化运动中与旧势力、旧传统、旧思想展开斗争。它所做的最主要的工作就是发行了3卷12期《新潮》杂志,出版了《新潮丛书》和《文艺丛书》。 Xinchao She is sponsored by Peking University students during the May Fourth Movement. It is designed to introduce Western culture in order to clear the shortcomings of feudal traditional culture. It was greatly influenced by the “new youth” and formed a horning trend with the “new youth”. It struggled with the old forces, old traditions and old ideas during the May Fourth New Culture Movement. The most important job it has done is to publish 3 volumes of 12 “Trendy” magazines and publish “Trendy Books” and “Art Books”.
