微信是国内网民发布“自媒体”信息的首要手段,已成为网络舆论最为集中的平台。作为一种社交属性鲜明的工具,微信的私密性等特点使得其舆情体现出“涌现”的相关特征,个体的非理性的传播行为通过虚拟群体间的相互影响而蔓延,易于导致群体效应,引发汹涌舆情。同时,由于这些特征的存在,对微信舆情的掌控也出现了难题。针对微信舆情“涌现”机制,构建仿真模型,分析了5种场景,对微信舆情的“涌现”机制及控制方法进行研究,提出建议。
WeChat is the primary means by which domestic Internet users publish “self media ” information and has become the most centralized platform for online public opinion. As a distinctive social attribute tool, the personal characteristics of WeChat make its public opinion reflect the relevant characteristics of “emergence ”. The irrational communication of individuals spreads through the interaction of virtual groups and tends to lead to the group effect , Triggering turbulent public opinion. At the same time, due to the existence of these characteristics, the control of WeChat public opinion also presents a problem. According to WeChat public opinion “Emergence ” mechanism, this paper constructs a simulation model and analyzes five kinds of scenarios to study the “Emergence ” mechanism and control method of WeChat public opinion and put forward suggestions.
