为了寻找一种灵敏准确测定有机污染物水样中微量汞的方法,通过高锰酸钾—过硫酸钾消化氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定,发现汞含量在0.100 0~1.000 0ug/L范围内呈线形关系,相关系数为0.999 6,检出线为0.006 6ug/L,相对标准偏差在0.7%~2.3%,样品加标回收率在93.1%~102.9%之间。该方法检出线低,灵敏度高,精密度好,准确度好,适合于有机物较多体系水样中汞的测定。
In order to find a sensitive and accurate method for the determination of trace mercury in water samples of organic pollutants, the content of mercury in the range of 0.100 0 ~ 1.000 0 ug / L was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with potassium permanganate-potassium persulfate digestion hydride The correlation coefficient was 0.999 6, the detection limit was 0.006 6ug / L, the relative standard deviation was 0.7% -2.3%, and the spiked recoveries were between 93.1% and 102.9%.
