目的了解潍坊市食品中主要污染物及有害因素污染水平和趋势,确定危害因素的分布和可能来源,为采取有针对性的控制措施提供科学依据。方法按《山东省食品安全风险监测方案》的要求,对潍坊市区及所辖的13个县市区的各类超市、农贸市场采集(购买)食品样品,按食品卫生检验方法和理化工作手册的相关检测方法时行检测分析。结果全年共检测食品样品745份,640份合格,合格率为85.9%。检测的32类食品95项指标中,不合格指标主要是镉、铝、铬、亚硝酸盐、蔬菜农药残留、白酒中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。结论潍坊市食品化学污染情况总体比较乐观,但部分食品仍存在某些项目超标严重现象,建议相关部门采取有效措施,加强监管力度,保障人民群众餐桌安全。
Objective To understand the levels and trends of the major pollutants and harmful factors in food in Weifang City, determine the distribution and possible sources of hazardous factors, and provide a scientific basis for taking targeted control measures. Methods According to the requirements of Shandong Province Food Safety Risk Monitoring Program, food samples were collected (purchased) from all kinds of supermarkets and farmers’ markets in 13 urban counties and districts under the jurisdiction of Weifang City. Results A total of 745 food samples were tested and 640 were qualified with a pass rate of 85.9%. Among the 95 indicators of the 32 categories of food products tested, the main unqualified indicators were cadmium, aluminum, chromium, nitrite, vegetable pesticide residues, and dibutyl phthalate in liquor. Conclusion The overall situation of food chemical pollution in Weifang City is relatively optimistic. However, some food items still have some serious and serious problems. We suggest that relevant departments take effective measures to strengthen supervision and ensure the safety of people’s table.
