[目的]观察中医辨证联合西医治疗心律失常疗效。[方法]将131例患者分为治疗组(66例)和对照组(65例)。对照组单纯常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上进行中医辨证论治,治疗7d为1个疗程,连续治疗2～3个疗程判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率89.39%,对照组总有效率69.23%,总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者心排出量和射血分数分别相比,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)[,结论]中医辨证联合西医治疗心律失常疗效显著。
[Objective] To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treating arrhythmia. [Methods] 131 patients were divided into treatment group (66 cases) and control group (65 cases). The control group was treated with routine western medicine only. The treatment group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation based on the treatment of the control group. The treatment for 7 days was a course of treatment and the course of treatment was 2 to 3 courses for consecutive treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was 89.39% in the treatment group and 69.23% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the cardiac output and ejection fraction of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05) [Conclusion] The treatment of arrhythmia by traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine has a significant effect.
