有关胆石成因冉勺研究已经历了一个漫长的过程。自六十年代初,以Rains为代表的许多学者对胆石的形态结构及其组合成分进行了大量研究,1968年Admirand和Small用理化实验的方法阐明了胆固醇结石病人的胆汁理化性质,此后有关的研究重点已由胆石本身的分析转向致石胆汁的构成及其产生的机制方面,从而把研究推进到一个新阶段。胆石的生成受到众多因素的影响,多数学者赞同多因素学说的观点,其中涉及到与胆固醇、胆色素、糖蛋白和多种金属元素等成分之间的关联。阐述前三者作用的报道较多,但有关研究金属元素与胆石生成的关系则不多见,然而这是一个值得深入探索的问题。
Research on the causes of gallstone has gone through a long process. Since the early 1960s, many researchers represented by Rains have done a lot of research on the morphological structure and composition of gallstone. In 1968, Admirand and Small used physical and chemical experiments to elucidate the bile physicochemical properties of patients with cholesterol gallstone. Research has shifted from the analysis of gallstone itself to the formation of stone bile and its mechanism of production, thus bringing the research to a new stage. The production of gallstone is influenced by many factors. Most scholars agree with the view of multivariate theory, which involves the relationship with cholesterol, bile pigment, glycoprotein and other metal elements. There are many reports about the role of the former three, but there is not much research on the relationship between metal elements and gallstone formation. However, this is a problem worth exploring in depth.
