新型反应型橡胶改性沥青通过添加反应型助剂并采取积极的养护条件促进橡胶颗粒与基质沥青的反应。通过红外光谱及扫描电子显微镜试验研究反应型橡胶改性沥青的微观改性机理,并通过沥青指标试验测试该种沥青基本性能。该种橡胶沥青性能指标基本满足ASTM橡胶沥青技术标准(D6114-97),并具有低粘度的特点,表现出与SBS改性沥青类似的粘温特性。该文研究了反应型橡胶沥青的改性机理与主要性能特征,为反应型橡胶沥青的应用奠定了基础。
The new reactive rubber modified bitumen promotes the reaction of rubber particles with bitumen by adding reactive additives and taking active curing conditions. The microscopic modification mechanism of reactive rubber modified asphalt was studied by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The asphalt basic performance was tested by asphalt index test. The rubber asphalt performance index basically meets the ASTM rubber asphalt technical standard (D6114-97), and has the characteristics of low viscosity, showing the viscosity-temperature characteristics similar to the SBS modified asphalt. This paper studies the modification mechanism and main performance characteristics of reactive rubber asphalt, which lays the foundation for the application of reactive rubber asphalt.
