目的:研究探讨磁共振成像对比剂钆双胺在临床应用中的效果。方法:随机抽取我院收治的接受磁共振增强检查并以钆双胺为对比剂的受检者2000例作为研究对象,对其不良反应的发生情况进行回顾分析,记录发生钆双胺不良反应患者的例次比例、不良反应的主要表现、分级,不良反应的处理及转归情况。结果:2000例参与研究患者的磁共振图像中,1962张可纳入评价,占98.10%,其中,增强效果评价为满意、一般满意和差的分别有1651张(82.55%)、311张(15.55%)、0张(0),总满意度为100.00%。患者接受磁共振增强扫描时,共发生钆双胺不良反应7例,不良反应发生率为0.35%。其中,非变态反应和轻度变态反应共占比85.71%,是最主要的不良反应类型,显著高于中重度不良反应发生率,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对比剂钆双胺应用于磁共振增强扫描过程中的增强效果好、安全性佳,颇具临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the effect of magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent gadolinium diamine in clinical application. Methods: A total of 2000 subjects who received MRI examination and received gadolinium diamine as contrast agent were randomly selected from our hospital for retrospective analysis of adverse reactions. The patients with adverse reactions of gadolinium and diamine were recorded The proportion of cases, the main manifestations of adverse reactions, grading, treatment of adverse reactions and the outcome of the situation. Results: Of the 2000 patients who participated in the study, 1962 were eligible for evaluation, accounting for 98.10%. In patients receiving magnetic resonance enhanced scan, a total of 7 cases of adverse reactions of gadolinium diamine, the incidence of adverse reactions was 0.35%. Among them, non-allergic reaction and mild allergy accounted for 85.71%, which was the most important type of adverse reactions, which was significantly higher than that of moderate-severe adverse reactions, with statistical significance (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The contrast agent gadolinium diamine has a good enhancement effect and good safety in magnetic resonance contrast-enhanced scanning, which is of great clinical value.
