When a business leader should have the ability? British businessman and writer Herbert N. Carson made concise and convincing answer: to study the winner. This article opens the column of entrepreneurial life, out of a similar concept: the winner shows the true process of success. “Business management is not something you can learn from books. Keep your eyes open in practice before you come to a conclusion.” “The fact that the chairman does not fall from heaven nor does he have a school that specializes in the chairman’s board is a recipe for constant learning.” These insights and the success of countless big businesses point to the truth that the best entrepreneurs hone themselves out Is not good school “production” out. Speaking with Chinese people often say, practice training people. Therefore, we decided to start this issue by describing the promotion paths for the heads of large enterprises both at home and abroad and publishing the rough experience of those entrepreneurs who are all over the world. We believe this is more convincing than the wisdom of paraphrasing corporate theorists. Of course, we also believe that readers will find from them the common features that lead to success. - edit language
