介绍一种支持可编程序控制器(PLC)的温度、电流和电压数据采集模块,该模块采用隔离标准异步输出接口,设计适合PIC开关量输入采集数据的时序。使用隔离、数字校零、软件滤波和看门狗等技术保证模块运行的稳定性和可靠性。由软件选择传感器类型,支持常用各种型号的热电阻、热电偶、电流和电压等。温度线性化采用分段4次拟后算法,所有传感器的全温度范围精度优于0.1℃。
Describes a temperature, current and voltage data acquisition module that supports a programmable logic controller (PLC) that uses an isolated, standard asynchronous output interface designed to accommodate the timing of data acquisition by a PIC switch input. The use of isolation, digital school zero, software filtering and watchdog technology to ensure the stability of the module operation and reliability. The sensor type is selected by the software and supports various commonly used thermal resistance, thermocouple, current and voltage. Temperature linearization using sub-4 after the quasi-post algorithm, all the sensor temperature range accuracy better than 0.1 ℃.
