探索了不同输出电压下的电脉冲处理对亚共晶铁碳合金共晶组织的影响及其机理,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对试样进行分析。结果表明:电脉冲处理使试样中的石墨数量增加,分布更加均匀。随电脉冲电压的增大,试样中珠光体片层间距变小。
The effect and mechanism of electric pulse treatment under different output voltages on the eutectic iron-carbon alloy eutectic structure were explored. The samples were analyzed by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the electrical pulse processing increases the amount of graphite in the sample and distributes more evenly. With the increase of electric pulse voltage, the pearlite layer spacing in the sample becomes smaller.
