电力物质的快速反应以及供应是保证电力系统在灾后能够快速恢复供电的基础保障,使用科学合理的调配方式来调配电力物质能够大大缩短电力故障的维修时间,从而提升电力系统的工作效率。根据电力事故后的特点,利用三角模糊模拟应急过程中各方面的不确定因素,并且在当中引入电力物质投放的指标,根据电力故障的实际情况确定调配的最佳路线。在电力故障的基础上,为了保证电力故障的处理时间,应该在城市当中多个地点建立电力物资调配中点以及多物资的调配数学模型,并且使用验证方法确定了数学模型的有效性。
The rapid reaction and supply of electrical materials is the basic guarantee to ensure that the power system can quickly restore power supply after a disaster. Utilizing scientific and rational deployment methods to allocate power materials can greatly shorten the maintenance time of power failures and improve the work efficiency of the power system. According to the characteristics after the electric accident, this paper uses triangular fuzzy to simulate the uncertainties in all aspects of the emergency process, and introduces the index of the power material put into it, and determines the optimal route according to the actual situation of power failure. On the basis of power failure, in order to ensure the processing time of power failure, a mathematic model of power supply distribution center and multi-material deployment should be established in several locations in the city. The validity of the mathematical model is verified by verification.
