随着市场经济体制的建立以及不断深入,工会组织内部制度在社会新形势下,也开始面临着改革的挑战。从某种程度上来说,工会组织制度改革可提高工会组织的内部工作效率,使工会在国家政治、经济、文化建设中发挥更大的作用。因此,采取有效措施强化工会职能,全力打造一支高素质、高效率的工会便成为了当务之急。从制约工会工作效率的因素入手,对工会组织工作效率低下的原因作详细探析,并提出相应的解决对策,以供相关人士参考。
With the establishment and deepening of the market economy system, under the new social situation, the internal system of trade union organizations has also begun to face the challenge of reform. To a certain extent, the reform of the trade union organization system can improve the internal work efficiency of trade union organizations and make the trade unions play a greater role in the country’s political, economic and cultural construction. Therefore, it is imperative to take effective measures to strengthen the functions of trade unions and to create a high-quality and highly efficient labor union. Starting with the factors that restrict the efficiency of trade unions, this paper analyzes in detail the reasons for the inefficiency of trade unions, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the relevant people for reference.
