目的评价中文版90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)在中学生群体中使用的信度和效度,为该量表在中学生中使用提供指导。方法在南京市区4所中学随机整群抽取1 142名13~18岁初、高中学生,用SCL-90量表进行测评。结果 SCL-90各因子的同质性信度Cronbach’sα系数在0.77~0.90之间,分半信度在0.79~0.90之间;总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.98,分半信度为0.96;各因子分与总分的相关系数在0.80~0.93之间,相关系数均有统计学意义。结论 SCL-90量表可以用于中学生的心理应激症状测量。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of 90 Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) for secondary school students and provide guidance for the use of the scale in secondary school students. Methods A total of 1 142 junior and senior high school students aged 13-18 years were enrolled in a random cluster in 4 middle schools in Nanjing. SCL-90 scale was used to evaluate the results. Results The homogeneity of SCL-90 factors Cronbach’s α coefficient was between 0.77 and 0.90, and the half reliability was between 0.79 and 0.90. The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the total scale was 0.98, 0.96; the correlation coefficient between each factor score and the total score was between 0.80 and 0.93, and the correlation coefficient was statistically significant. Conclusion SCL-90 scale can be used to measure psychological stress in middle school students.
