选用磷酸和氧化锌为主要原料,添加硝酸钠、柠檬酸、钼酸铵、亚硝酸钠和硫酸镍作为助剂改善防锈膜的成膜性能,研制了一种应用于铸铁烘缸的无机防锈液,通过正交实验得到防锈液最佳配方为:7 g·L-1氧化锌、24 ml·L-1磷酸、2 g·L-1硝酸钠、0.5 g·L-1柠檬酸、3.5 g·L-1钼酸铵、0.4 g·L-1亚硝酸钠、1.0 g·L-1硫酸镍。该防锈膜膜厚7.2μm,硫酸铜点滴时间大于44 s,在3%的氯化钠溶液中浸泡超过24 h后无锈点。
