确立青工思想政治教育的战略目标以马列主义、毛泽东思想和共产主义理想为基础,按照德、智、体全面发展的方针,培养“四有”新人,是青年工作的核心问题和根本要求。从这一根本要求出发,结合企业青工的现实状况和企业的未来发展,我们在今年一月份召开的全国大型企业共青团工作会议上,把培养“四有”青工,造就工人阶级新一代作为企业团的思想政治工作的战略任务明确地提了出来。确立这一目标,主要基于以下三点考虑;一是从现实看,青年职工占我国职工总数近70%,在生产第一线已占 Establishing the Strategic Goal of Youth Ideological and Political Education Based on Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and the ideal of communism, it is a core issue and a fundamental requirement for youth work to train new people with “four advantages” in line with the principle of moral, intellectual and physical development.
