目的:研究水茄中化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、凝胶和反相等柱层析材料进行分离,通过ESI-MS和NMR波谱方法对分离得到化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从水茄中分离得到9个化合物(1-9)。结构分别为neochlorogenin 6-O-β-D- qui-novopyranoside(1), neochlorogenin 6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-quinovopyranoside(2), neochlorogenin 6-O-α-L- rhamno-pyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-quinovopyranoside(3),solagenin 6-O-β-D-quinovopyranoside(4),solagenin 6-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-quinovopyranoside(5),异槲皮苷(6),芦丁(7),山柰酚(8)和槲皮素(9)。结论:所有化合物均首次从水茄中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of water eggplant. Methods: Silica gel, gel and reversed-phase column chromatography were used for separation. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by ESI-MS and NMR spectroscopy. Results: Nine compounds (1-9) were isolated from eggplant. The structures were neochlorogenin 6-O-β-D-qui-novopyranoside (1), neochlorogenin 6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl- α-L-rhamno-pyranosyl- (1 → 3) -β-D-quinovopyranoside (3), solagenin 6-O- β-D-quinovopyranoside → 3) -β-D-quinovopyranoside (5), isoquercetin (6), rutin (7), kaempferol (8) and quercetin (9). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from watermelon for the first time.
