[目的]为了了解矿区充填复垦土壤重金属Cu的污染情况。[方法]采用盆栽试验,研究重金属Cu于菠菜各生长期,在矸石—土壤中的迁移规律。[结果]在菠菜的各个生长期,矸石中的Cu含量均大于土壤中的含量,且矸石中Cu含量与土壤中Cu含量之差越来越小。在土壤层中,Cu含量随取样深度呈现递减趋势。在矸石层中,Cu含量随着取样深度也有减小的趋势。[结论]煤矸石中的Cu在植物生长过程中,有向土壤中迁移的趋势,且易于在土壤和矸石的表层富集。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the pollution of heavy metal Cu in reclaimed soil in mining area. [Method] Pot experiment was conducted to study the migration rule of heavy metal Cu in the spinach growing season and waste rock - soil. [Result] The content of Cu in gangue was higher than that in soil at different growth stages of spinach, and the difference between Cu in gangue and Cu in soil was getting smaller and smaller. In the soil layer, the Cu content shows a decreasing trend with the depth of sampling. In the gangue layer, Cu content also tends to decrease with sampling depth. [Conclusion] The Cu in coal gangue tends to migrate to the soil during plant growth and is easy to enrich on the surface of soil and waste rock.
