本文分析了小鼠下丘神经元最佳频率与其他声反应特征参数间的相关性。结果表明:1)最佳频率与记录深度、反应阈值及阈上10dB SPL的兴奋性频率带宽呈正相关,但是与反应的潜伏期无明显相关性。2)表征神经元对调频声调制方向选择性的方向选择系数与最佳频率间没有明显相关性。这些实验结果可为后续的研究提供参考。
This article analyzes the mouse inferior colliculus neurons best frequency and other characteristics of the relationship between the acoustic parameters. The results show that: 1) There is a positive correlation between the best frequency and the recording depth, the reaction threshold and excitability frequency bandwidth of 10 dB SPL threshold, but there is no significant correlation with the incubation period. 2) There is no obvious correlation between the direction selection coefficient that characterizes the selectivity of the direction of modulation of FM tones and the optimal frequency. These experimental results can provide reference for subsequent research.
