为提高轴流泵叶轮反转反向性能,研究了几种“S”翼型,并采用简化三元流动模型和升力法进行双向轴流泵叶轮设计。对比模型试验表明,“S”翼型叶片双向轴流泵与常规轴流泵的正向性能相比,最高效率点效率低2%~4%,汽蚀性能相当。研究显示正反向性能相近的双向轴流泵非常适用于低扬程双向泵站。
In order to improve the reversal reversal performance of axial flow pump impellers, several “S” airfoils were studied, and the simplified three-component flow model and the lift method were used to design the axial flow impeller. The comparative model tests show that the efficiency of the “S” airfoil blade bi-directional axial flow pump is 2% -4% lower than that of the conventional axial pump, and the cavitation performance is comparable. The study shows that bi-directional axial flow pumps with similar positive and negative performance are ideally suited for low-lift bi-directional pumping stations.
