目的研究伞花木Eurycorymbus cavaleriei茎的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、RP-18等色谱手段对伞花木中的化学成分进行分离纯化,并通过波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果从伞花木中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为正三十八烷醇(1)、豆甾醇(2)、乙酰齐墩果酸(3)、莨菪亭(4)、臭矢菜素A(5)、臭矢菜素B(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、山柰苷(8)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖基(1→4)-α-L-鼠李糖苷-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(9)、秦皮苷(10)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical composition of the stem of Eurycorymbus cavaleriei. Methods Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, RP-18 and other chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents from the flowers and their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Ten compounds were isolated from Umbelliferae and identified as n-octacosanol (1), stigmasterol (2), oleanolic acid (3), scopoletin (4) (5), Omeprazole B (6), daucosterol (7), behenyl glycoside (8), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucosyl Rhamnoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (9), and hesperidin (10). Conclusion The above compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
