采用水泥混凝土成分分析仪(W ater-checker)、新拌水泥混凝土快速测定仪(F resh concrete tester)、水泥混凝土成熟度测定仪(M aturity m eter),跟踪检测汉宜高速公路路面加铺工程中新拌水泥混凝土的初始性能,预测水泥混凝土的后期性能,并对比分析了传统的质量控制方法。结果表明:事前反馈质量控制技术与传统的质量控制方法相关性良好;该技术为水泥混凝土工程质量超前预报提供了依据。
The cement concrete pavement analyzer (W ater-checker), F resh concrete tester, cement maturity tester were used to track the pavement of Han-Yi Expressway In the initial performance of fresh cement concrete to predict the post-performance of cement concrete, and comparative analysis of the traditional quality control methods. The results show that the prior feedback quality control technique has a good correlation with traditional quality control methods. This technique provides the basis for advanced prediction of cement concrete engineering quality.
