中小企业是发展循环经济的重要组成部分,技术创新则是中小企业实现循环经济的关键。由于自身的原因,中小企业通过技术创新实现循环经济面临众多障碍。通过技术创新联盟,中小企业可以联合起来,在很大程度上跨越这些障碍,进行有效的技术创新,逐步实现循环经济。
SMEs are an important part of the development of recycling economy, technological innovation is the key to SMEs to achieve circular economy. Due to their own reasons, SMEs face many obstacles in realizing circular economy through technological innovation. Through the Alliance for Technological Innovation, small and medium-sized enterprises can unite to a large extent to overcome these obstacles and carry out effective technological innovations to gradually realize a circular economy.
