项目群的管理难度高,目前对项目群管理研究集中于管理模式及组织模型等理论研究层面,面向具体项目的较少。从业主方管理的角度出发,根据项目群建设经验结合项目群管理的特点,从实施层面提出无缝衔接的项目群管理方法,主要是以无缝衔接的进度计划为纲,以无缝衔接的界面管理为补充,并以解决重点难点问题为保障,将该无缝衔接的项目群管理思路应用于业主方项目管理实践。经检验,该管理思路能较好推进项目群建设。
The project management is very difficult. At present, the research on project management focuses on the theoretical research level such as management mode and organizational model, and few project-oriented projects. From the perspective of the owner management, according to the experience of project construction combined with the characteristics of project management, project management methods of seamless convergence are put forward from the implementation level. After testing, the management idea can better promote the project construction.
