以三轮农用车链条为例 ,研究了不同润滑状态下农机传动用链条的磨损形式与机理 ,指出了定期人工滴油润滑的外驱动链条的主要磨损形式是以磨粒磨损为主 ,并伴随着疲劳磨损 ;油池润滑的内驱动链条的主要磨损形式是疲劳磨损。通过对其表面形貌分析 ,探讨了不同润滑状态下的链条磨损特性 ,提出了套筒和销轴零件表面硬度的最佳值及匹配关系
Taking the three-wheeled chain of agricultural vehicles as an example, the wear forms and mechanisms of the chain of agricultural machinery transmission under different lubrication conditions were studied. It was pointed out that the main wear form of the outer driving chain with regular artificial oil-drip lubrication was abrasive wear, Wear and tear; oil tank lubricated inner drive chain of the main form of wear and tear fatigue wear. Through the analysis of its surface topography, the wear characteristics of the chain under different lubrication conditions were discussed, and the optimum values of the surface hardness of the sleeve and the pin shaft parts and the matching relationship
